Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArenaGo Sport mobile application and related websites (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your password.
• Notify us promptly at support@arenagosport.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The Service

ArenaGo Sport lets users join communities, discover and join events, manage schedules, record scores, and view leaderboards. Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

5. Community guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post false scores, spam, or misleading event information.
• Impersonate others or scrape the Service without permission.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Events & third parties

Events may be organized by clubs, communities, or third parties. ArenaGo Sport is a platform; we are not responsible for venue conditions, cancellations by organizers, or disputes between players unless required by law. Always follow venue and organizer rules.

7. Purchases

Paid features or paid events may be billed through the App Store or Google Play. Their payment terms and refund policies apply. Taxes may be added as required.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding (including the ArenaGo Sport name and logo), and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

9. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. profile text, community posts). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sports involve risk; participate responsibly.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARENAGO SPORT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via the app or Support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of your relationship with us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
